By placing an order through Claire & Co., you confirm that you have read and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Show no signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received, we aim to inspect and process it within 7 business days.
How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs or a short video showing the problem

Lost Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.

Payment Disputes
